He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivier Levi and Amelia Rivers (Lamontagne). He is survived by: his wife Jessie M. Rivers (Perry); his daughter Denise M. Machowski of Chicopee; his sister Dolores Kehoe of East Hartford, CT; his grandchildren, Stefan Machowski and Erek Machowski; and his great grandchildren, Shelby Machowski and Rosalie Machowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Agawam Curran Jones Funeral Home (745 Cooper St, Agawam, MA 01001). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104).
