We announce the death of Walter A. Garstka of Agawam, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew F. Garstka and Janet D. Garstka (Michalski); his brother Robert Garstka; and his sisters-in-law, Margot and Joanne.
He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Garstka (Viens); his children, Jeffrey Garstka (Staci) of Exeter, NH, Scott Garstka (Karmin Calsyn) of West Springfield, Timothy Garstka of East Longmeadow and Melissa Guyott (David) of Westfield; his brother Andrew "Skip" Garstka of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew, Max, Brandon, Nolan, Abigail "Abi", Will and Michael; and his cousin Dorothy Kagan of East Longmeadow.
