He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kamyk and Louise Kamyk (Robak); and his son Kenneth T. Kamyk. He is survived by: his wife Joan Frost (Kamyk); his children, Walter Kamyk of Bangor, ME, Karl Kamyk of Wilbraham, Timothy C. Kamyk of Agawam and Kelly Gagne of Feeding Hills; his grandchildren, Nikolas Kamyk, Katherine Kamyk and Brittany Kamyk; and his great grandchild Hunter Kamyk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
