He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Perry and Gladys Perry (Albro); and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Perry (Farquhar); his sons, Wayne Jr. (Lisa Perry White) of Agawam, Bryan (Cynthia) of Chicopee and Michael (Andrea) of Agawam; his grandchildren, Sheldon, Samuel, Zachary, Nicholas, Avery and Alyssa; and his siblings, Lawrence (Sandy) of Woodstock and Joanne Lima (David Lima) of New Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks donations be made to the American Heart Association (heart.org).
