He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Trevethan; his brother Arthur Trevethan; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Candida Booth; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Booth.
He is survived by: his father George Trevethan; his wife Jane Marie Trevethan (Booth); his children, Christopher Trevethan (Layla) of Montague, MA and Judith Hogan (Liam) of Agawam, MA; his grandchildren, Emma Eisenbeiser, Theodore Hogan and Norah Hogan; his sisters-in-law, Judith Bitzer (William) and Cheryl Trevethan (William); and his nieces and nephews, Arthur Trevethan, Beth Trevethan, Paul Pierce, Vincent Pierce, Andrea Booth, Kelly Cummings and Kimberly Booth. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
