He was predeceased by: his mother Edith; and his wife Catherine. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Doherty (John) and Dennis Anderson (Gayle); his grandchildren, Bridget Doherty, Peter Doherty (Jessica) and Thomas Doherty (Caitlin); his great grandchildren, Quinn and Liam (Virginia Vita); and also, Katelyn and Kimberly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
