He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Jellison and Marguerite Jellison (Moser); and his siblings, Loretta Heironymus, Jerome Jellison and Sheila Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Jellison (Catalano); his daughter Jessica Forbes (Jesse) of Kissimmee, FL.; and his sisters, Kathleen Pruy of West Newton and Mary Jellison of Brunswick, ME. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
