He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick L. Chalifoux and Sandra Chalifoux (Blunt). He is survived by: his son David A. Chalifoux (Sarah Grossheim) of Saugus; his sister Kim Chalifoux; and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Miller, James Mullen III, Corey Mullen and Janessa Foley. He is also survived by spouses and his grand-nieces and nephew.
