He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Crutch and Harriet Crutch (Cooley); and his siblings, Richard Crutch and Avis Crutch. He is survived by: his wife Susan Crutch (Cowles); his sons, Brian Crutch of Amherst and Matthew Crutch (Karli Sacco) of Hadley; and his grandchildren, Laney, Drew, Griffin and Archer.
