We announce the death of Edith Ralph of Amherst, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 28, 2026, at the age of 92. Edith will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Emil and Marguerite Prince Aeschliman. She is survived by: her sister Irene; her husband James Richard Ralph; her son Sean; her grandchildren, Jim Jr. and Lee; her son Jim (Ophelia); her grandchildren, Owen and Chloe of Weybridge, Vermont; her son Lee (Stacy); her grandchildren, Julia, Olivia and Spencer of San Diego, California; her children, Jon (Patty) of Manhattan Beach, Jessie Ralph (Jake Dowling), Jack Ralph (Norah Senftleber) and David (Marsha) of St. Augustine, Florida.; her brother Ray of Torrington; Robin, Viki of Yvette, KT, Julia, Doris and Maggie.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brigid's Church (122 N Pleasant St, Amherst, MA 01002). Until the pandemic, she continued to travel, spend quality time with her growing family, and engage with her wide circle of friends.
