He is survived by: his wife Shelley Smith; his daughter Jessica Lillian Louise (Joel Jones) of Lake Oswego, OR; his sisters, Beverly Johnson (Dennis) of San Clemente, CA and Mary Corp of Azusa, CA; his stepdaughter Sara Swanson Mone (Mark) of Milwaukee, WI; his stepgrandchildren, Eric and Emily; his grandson Gus; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Corp of Belchertown, MA and Leif Corp of Belchertown, MA; his nephew Nick Johnson (Kelly) of San Diego, CA; his nieces, Holly Durahim (Otong) of Vashon, WA and Joanne Werthwein of Bridgeport, CA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie, Wally, Sani, Utisah, Hazel and Willa.
