He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Holden and Emily E. Siteman. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Bergiel of Turners Falls; his siblings, Sally Niedbala of Hadley, Susan Holden of Hatfield and Mark Holden of Chazy, NY; his sons, Jeff (Shawnie) of Kodiak, Alaska, Chris (Kristin) of Middletown, CT and Paul (CJ) of Florence, MA.; his grandchildren, Jeffery (Josette), Michael (Amanda) and Lindsey; and his great grandchildren, Hayley, Wallace, Arthur and Jack. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Burial will follow in North Amherst Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
