It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Owen Jones (Amherst, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ruth Owen Jones to show support.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Owen (Wentworth) and Roger Warren Owen. She is survived by: her siblings, Roy, Dot, Marjie and Peg; her husband William Smith Clark of Dickinson's Master Figure; her children, Cinda and Evan Jones; her grandchildren, Hannah, Rachael and Samuel Jones; and also, Marcia, Jon, Sophia Sarage and Kimberly Edwards. She is also survived by three sisters; and many nieces and nephews and their children.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Umass Campus Center.
