She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Socha and Mary Socha (Spieczny); her husband John Peters; and her siblings, Dorothy A. Stahelski, Jane H. Socha and Edward P. Socha.
She is survived by: her child Church; her nephew Mark D. Stahelski (Barbara) of South Deerfield; her great-nephews, Daniel C. Stahelski (Ashlee) and Robert S. Stahelski (Kerry); and also, Benjamin, Connor, Madison and Penelope.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Kozikowski Funeral Home (565 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Mother of the Rosary PNC Church (26 Bell St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Valeria's name may be made to Holy Mother of the Rosary PNC Church or the American Cancer Society.
