She was predeceased by: her parents, Osbourne C. West and Mabel West (Smith) of Hadley; her husband Aar; and her siblings, Elsie Andrews and Louis West.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia Koehler, Tom (Lisa West), Arthur West of Hadley and James (Cathy West) of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Vera's name can be made to the Amherst Fire Department.
