He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Sr. and Gladys (Rowe); his brother Raymond Wahlgren; and his son Mark Wahlgren (Jon). He is survived by: his brother Richard Wahlgren; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Wahlgren; and his grandchildren-in-law, Katherine, Jennifer, Stephanie, Daniel and Christina. He is also survived by his daughter, her husband, her 10 children, and several great grandchildren.
