He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mann and Victoria Mann. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mann; his daughter Daphne V. Birch of New York City; his sister Eugenia Mann of Chicago; his grandson Wyeth Birch; his nieces, Georgia Powers and Vanessa Veleris; and his nephew Philip Mann.
