He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dolores Chase Pekarovich; and his cousin Lillian Grace Roseweir. He is survived by: his parents, David Pekarovich and Cornelia Murphy; his siblings, Heather, Joslin, Lauren, Mason and William; his nephews, Jack and Jared; and his friend David. He is also survived by grandmother; his paternal grandfather; his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
