It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E Powers of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Powers (Clough) and Charles T. Powers. He is survived by : his siblings, Thomas, Charles, Roberta and Frances; his wife Joyce; his daughters, Karen Vocell of Lowell, MA, Wendy Contos (Andy) of Syracuse, NY and Deborah Nutton of Andover, MA; his brother Albert Powers; his grandchildren, Chrissy Pike (Henry), Ryan Vocell, Amanda Vocell (Peter Calitri), Breanne Bohling (Nick), Shaun Lima, Katelyn Cunniff (Jake) and Drew Contos; and his great grandchild Avery Cunniff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
