He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis J. Dowd and Thelma M. Dowd (Birch). He is survived by : his siblings, Kathleen M. Fitzmeyer of Haverhill, Debra J. (Walter J. Crookes) of Sanbornton, Michelle L. (Craig S. Tetreault) of Naples, Maine and Jason M. (Gail S. Dowd) of Billerica; his aunt Joanne Lepine of Andover; his nieces, Elena H. Twohig of Nashua and Emily A. Fitzmeyer of Ft. Collins, Colorado; and his great-niece Davina K. Twohig of Nashua.
