He is survived by: his daughter Theresa (Manuel Gutierrez); his granddaughters, Tawni (Philip Goff), Lexi (Malcolm Novello) and Calli (Mark Hayward); and his great grandchildren, Maxton, Myles, Calvin, Dominic, Maria and Nina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to Dana-Farber, Cancer Institute or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
