We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 78, Laila V. Salo of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laila V. Salo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her close friend Sandra Ouellette (Lappi); and her parents, Yalmar Hill and Vieno Hill (Saari). She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Sullivan and Lori Gress; her sister Martha; her brother-in-law Hal Lichtle; her grandsons, Jackson and Oscar Gress; her nieces, Tracy Frederick (Lichtle), Halee (Lichtle) and Bange (Joe); and her nephew Madisyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help those who battle dementia and Alzheimer's Disease by sending contributions to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
