She was predeceased by : her husband Alfred R Constanza Sr.; her parents, Gil Duarte and Philomena Duarte; and her son Philip Thomas Constanza. She is survived by : her children, LeslieAnne Foote (Charles Merida), Irene Tedeschi (Evan Tedeschi) and Alfred R Constanza Jr. (Paula).

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Parish (43 Essex St, Andover, MA 01810). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (124 Abbot St, Andover, MA 01810).
