He was predeceased by: his parents, Anginette Marcel Durette and Warren Smith Arleque; his wife Dr. Lillian R. Arleque; and his brother Allen Arleque. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Arleque (Trish) and Kathleen Botkin (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Iris, Aiden, Elijah and Ione.
