We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2024, at the age of 80, William Looney of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Looney and Mary Looney (Fortune); and his wife Elizabeth E. (Crowley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
