He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret A. Aiken (Latchford); his son William Aiken of Arlington; and his brothers, John Aiken, Edward Aiken and Paul Aiken.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald (Julie) of Westford, Kevin (Judy) of Arlington and Michael Aiken of Georgia; and his sisters, Eleanor Jonasson of Florida and Jean O'Connor of Woburn.
