She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ida C. Burton and Duhaime; her husband Robert F. Strahan; her daughters, Elaine M. Nicholson of Wells, ME, Barbara C. Durkin of Arlington and Patricia D. Strahan; her sister Elaine Burton of Notre Dame, IN.; her grandchildren, Steven, Christopher, Ashley Durkin and Lauren Nicholson; and her great grandchild Caylee Muise.
