With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothea Zevitas of Arlington, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dorothea had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Dorothea may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Anthony Zevitas and Dr. Roger Mantsavinos; and her brothers, Donald, Peter and Charles Matsas.
She is survived by: her family Falmouth; and her children, Charles Mantsavinos (Edie) of Woburn, Marea Mullen (Bob) of Medford and Alexa Adams (Kevin) of Marblehead.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dottie's memory to St. Athanasius the Great Greek Church in Arlington or Care Dimensions Hospice Care in Danvers.
