He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Colley (Connell); his parents, Fred Colley and Mary Colley (Bettencourt); and his sisters, Anna Price, Mary Miller and Mabel Miln.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Frances Colley of Arlington and Patricia Moore of North Chelmsford; his grandsons, Liam and Aidan Moore; his sibling Claire Delahanty of Maryland; and his daughters, Marie, Stephanie, Pamela and Ruvini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
