He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen O'Halloran (Manning) and Edward O'Halloran; and his son Peter Gray (late Lisa) of Billerica. He is survived by: his wife Joan O'Halloran (Freitas); and his children, Lisa O'Halloran of West Dennis, Natalie O'Halloran of Woburn, Maureen Olivier (Peter) of Woburn, Christopher Gray (Caitlin Allen) of Billerica, Kevin Gray of North Waterboro, Maine and Sean Gray (Jenna) of Woburn.
