She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Downing and Ellen Downing (Twomey); her husband Roland; her siblings, William Downing, Mary Ainslie (Sandy) and Eileen Bendel (John); and her siblings-in-law, Roger, Marcel Lachance, Carmen Colyer and Yolande Campo (Sal).
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Lachance (Bruce Lauber) of Ithaca, NY, Mark Lachance (Jackie) of Chelmsford, Kathy Femia (Rich) of Arlington and Joanie Tremblay (Steve) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Ned Lauber, Maggie Lachance, Richie, Joey Femia, Sarah, Allie Lachance, Zachary, Kendall, Lucien and Caitlyn Tremblay; and her sister-in-law Bobbie Lachance. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
