We announce the death of Kathleen E. Lentz of Arlington, Massachusetts, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 77. Kathleen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Kathleen will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Kathleen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her husband David Harvey; her stepdaughter Leah Harvey MD; her brother Charles Lentz of Grand Island, NE; her nephews, Tim Lentz of Hastings, NE, Mark Lentz and Jon Lentz of Minneapolis, MN; and her niece Sarah L. Houser of Omaha, NE..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church (630 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02474).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Ann's Home in Methuen MA, or to Oxfam America.
