He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie LaPlante and Edward LaPlante; and his siblings, Bernice, Harold, Eunice, Douglas, Albert, Gerald, Laura, Ethel, Doris, Gertrude, Norma, Lorraine, Dolores, Lucille, William and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Patti and Dick; his grandson Danny; his great grandchild Jaxson; his wife Patricia LaPlante (Bova); his brothers, Edward and Ronald LaPlante; his children, Scott LaPlante, Tina Hutton (Jim) and Perrin LaPlante; his sons-in-law, John Schilling and Jarrod Petkewich; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Kellie Hutton, Jet and Finn Schilling. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
