Richard P. Sullivan Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Richard P. Sullivan of Arlington, Massachusetts. Richard, born on February 23, 1948, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Richard for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. He was predeceased by: his sister Rosemary Hoey; and his parents, Richard Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Doherty). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Sullivan (Ciampi); his sisters, Margaret Sullivan and Maureen Lynch (Tom); his nephew Irish; and his niece Patricia Hoey Cyr.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVito Funeral Home (1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Eulalia Church (50 Ridge St, Winchester, MA 01890).
