He was predeceased by: his father John A. Haven; his wife Reverend Patricia Haven; and his children, Kimberly Haven and Mark Haven Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara J. Haven of Vero Beach, FL; his daughters, Stacey Jackson (Gary) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lyndsy Butler (Paul Gallagher) of Ashby, MA and Rebecca Haven (William Leroy) of Sterling, MA.; and his siblings, John, Nancy, Judith, Tom and Summer Haven. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Mark's memory to The Ashby Fire/EMS Association at 1093 Main Street, Ashby, MA 01431.
