He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Minucci and Silvia Minucci (Saccardo). He is survived by: his children, Anthony M. Minucci (Kathleen) of Ashland, Karyn Minucci of North Attleborough, John Minucci (Nanayo) of Medway and David Minucci (Bridget) of Holliston; his grandchildren, Tara, Lena, Kaila, Maria, Kathryn, Brianna, Tyler, Evan, Theodore and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Remi and Jameson; and his sister Jean Butera (Barbara Boyle) of Natick.
