He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Sistrand and Harold Sistrand; his former wife Joanne Sistrand (Gaines); his stepsons, David Sistrand Jr. (Renee) and Arthur Sistrand (Janine); and his brother Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Cahill Hari; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Elizabeth, Hannah, Olivia, Timothy, Carolyn and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Madison; his stepdaughters, Elissa and Taryn; and his children, Hannah, Sophie and Jack.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Matarese Funeral Home (325 Main St, Ashland, MA 01721). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home (325 Main St, Ashland, MA 01721).
