He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Robert; his parents, Frederick Sr. Otten and Edna Otten (Bjelke); his wife Marianne (Colonna); his children, Matthew Otten (Kayla Carroll) and Samantha Otten (Patrick Parker); his sister-in-law Pamela Otten of Carmel, IN; and his pet Mandy.
