It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George A. Chellar of Ashland, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard A. Chellar and Mary Mildred; and his siblings, William (UK), Edwin, Clarence (Sri Lanka), Rita Andrews (UK), Edward, Peter (UK), Matthew and Bernard (UK).

He is survived by : his wife Bawani Chellar; and his sisters, Marcella Ponniah (CA) and Shirley De Souza (UK). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
