James C. Van Beek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2025, at the age of 78, James C. Van Beek of Ashland, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Beek and Verna Van Beek (Teeselink); and his brother Richard Van Beek. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Van Beek (Palmieri); his sons, Kris Van Beek (Mary Jo) of Mashpee, Kevin Van Beek (Andrea) of Hopkinton and Adam Van Beek (Keri) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alec, Morgan, Hayden, Emma, Evan, Lila, Ivy, Gabrielle, Jackson, Barron and Ashton; and his siblings, David Van Beek, Robert Van Beek, Jon Van Beek, Jane Zupp and Daniel Van Beek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matarese Funeral Home (325 Main St, Ashland, MA 01721). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home (325 Main St, Ashland, MA 01721). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at the Wildwood Cemetery (160 Chestnut St, Ashland, MA 01721).
