He is survived by: his brother Jeff; his siblings' children, Josie Goulet, Justin Shimasaki and Jeremy Butterfield; his great-nieces, Ashayla, Chantelle and Leah; his sister Joni Butterfield McMahon; and also, Zahrylie, Zaviah, Carter and Cooper.
