He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Monique and Bertha Monique. He is survived by: his children, Mark Monique (Gail) of Framingham and Jennifer Doherty (Paul) of Mashpee; and his grandchildren, Cory (Rachael), Ryan (Veronica), Abby (Tommy), Kaitlin (Sebastian), Liam (Patty) and Maggie.
