He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCormick and Kathleen McCormick (Zilch); his sister Barbi McCormick; and his brother-in-law Steve. He is survived by: his wife Carol Polack (Bennett); his son Kevin McCormick; his stepsons, Kyle Polack (Ann) of Holliston and Alex Polack of Ashland; his sisters, Carrol Connors of Holliston and Sue Wilson of Natick; and his grandchildren, Christian, Rayna, Darren, Reid and Shelby.
