Ann Marie Allie Obituary
Ann Marie (Carvalho) Allie, 63, of Assonet passed away on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of thirty-three years to Arthur. J. Allie. Ann Marie was born in Fall River the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Zabawa) Carvalho. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary Academy and then from Diman School of Nursing as an LPN.
Mrs. Allie was a communicant of Saint Bernard Church in Assonet. She enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren Cameron, Brian, Maddox and Charlotte Ann. Ann Marie loved to crochet and knit and work on Sudoku puzzles. Survivors besides her husband are a step daughter: Diane J. Nadeau and her husband Normand of Dartmouth, MA; a step son: Daniel J. Allie and his wife Theresa of Westfield, MA; six grandchildren: Stephanie, Mackenzie, Timothy, Christina, Marie and Joseph; seven great grandchildren: Cameron, Brian, Maddox, Charlotte Ann, Chloe, Mabel and Jack; a sister: Madeline R. Nasiff and her husband Farris J. of Fall River, MA.
She was the sister of the late Charles J. Carvalho and Robert E. Carvalho. Funeral Information Her Funeral Service will be held on TUESDAY at 10am in Saint Bernard Church 32 South Main Street, Assonet. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial to follow in Saint Patrick Cemetery Fall River. CALLING HOURS will be held on MONDAY from 4-7pm in the HATHAWAY HOME for FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson Street, FALL RIVER.
