She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael R. Ellis, Sr. and Edna M. Ellis (O'Brien); and her brother Michael Ellis, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James F. Cook; her children, Ryan P. Ward (Jessica), Jenny L. Ward and Lily A. Cook (Jesús Lucart) of Wellesley, MA.; her siblings, Brian Ellis (Cathy) of Lynnfield, MA, Jeanne Lawton (Robert) of Brockton, MA, James Ellis (Allison) of New Bedford, MA and Marybeth Fitzpatrick (Harry) of Easton, MA; her niece Kaitlyn Ellis of Assonet, MA; and her grandchildren, Oliver P. Ward, Teddy R. Ward and Stella C. Ward.
