He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Gamache (Pacheco); his close friend Priscilla; his parents, Michael M. and Katherine Mellen (Maddock); and his siblings, Arthur Plante, Michael Mellen, Louise Rezendes and Kathleen Goncalo.
He is survived by: his brother James Mellen (Donna) of McMinnville, OR; Mary Ann (New Bedford), Debbie Alix of Fall River and Raymond Gamache (Cathy-Ann) of Fall River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
