He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Osborne and Grace Osborne (Kerringan); his wife Carolyn H Osborne (Holloway); and his siblings, Arthur Osborne, Robert Osborne, Eugene Osborne, Kenneth Osborne and Joyce Cromwell.

He is survived by : his children, Donald Osborne Jr. of Orange, MA, James Osborne of Athol, MA. and Donna Anderson of Athol, MA.; and his brother Phillip Osborne of Amherst.
