He is survived by: his children, Eleanor Hughes of South Carolina, Diana Chartrand of Athol and Scott Chartrand of Massachusetts; his stepchildren, Marcia Fernald of Shirley, Michael Daley of Rio Rancho, Murray Daley of Boise, Mark Daley of Springfield, Melissa Martin of Anchor Point and Melinda Leavitt of Athol; and his siblings, Elroy Chartrand of Norridgewock, Eliot Chartrand of South Hadley, Elton Chartrand of Little Rock, Linda Bricker of Ocean Shores and Judith Karkane of Lunenburg, Massachusetts.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
