It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne M. (Dowling) Carey of Athol, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartholomew Dowling and Rita Dowling (Connor); her husband Bruce M. Carey; her granddaughters, Clare Turner and Margo Turner; her brothers, Richard Dowling (Ohio) and Michael Dowling (Arizona); and her sister-in-law Brenda Thompson (Carey).
She is survived by: her sons, John Turner (Tara) of Lowell and Matthew Turner of Newark, Delaware; her sister Anne Petelle (Thomas Petelle) of Wilmigton, MA.; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Dowling (Chapman) of Ohio and Liane Dowling (Ludwig) of Arizona; and her family Jeanne. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law.
