He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hains and Beverly Hains; and his sister Judith Barboza. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Murphy; and his siblings, Robert Barboza, Cynthia Robinson (Mac), Frank Hains (Lottie), Timothy Hains (Lyn), Gladys Falkner (Jody) and Richard Hains. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
